Bad Back

A few days ago, just as I was leaving work, I pulled a muscle in my lower back…man did it hurt!
I was able to drive home, thank goodness…when I did get home this is when the problem hit the roof or in my case the ground. As soon as I got out of the van, I couldn’t walk! I had to crawl to the house on my hands and knees, praying the whole time my neighbors didn’t witness the sight. Once I got in my problems were not over. There was still the stairs and my clothes…but that’s another story…
